After Hours Production Emergency Support

Kawasaki has supplied robots to the automotive industry for thirty-five years. With this experience, we recognize the importance of minimizing production line stoppages. Line stoppages of as little as seconds can be critical. With this in mind, Kawasaki’s product design, maintenance, and service support philosophies are based on the following priorities:

  • Kawasaki’s continuing goal is to supply low maintenance and trouble free robots to all customers.

  • When failures occur, the user has been properly trained to perform most repairs by themselves.

  • Kawasaki supplies comprehensive technical training and documentation.

  • Kawasaki supplies experienced technical support staff that are available for telephone and on-site service assistance when required.

  • When on-site service support is necessary, dispatch is immediate with arrival at the customer site usually within 2–6 hours, and not longer than 24 hours.

  • Support is also available via the support "Hot Line" for After Hour production emergency service/support.
