To continue PA Pellets’ commitment to quality manufacturing and pellet production, a new bagging system and robot based Palletizing System was recently installed. This fully automatic total system integration was designed and built by Conveying Industries, Inc. of Denver, Colorado.

The system features a Kawasaki ZZD130 Palletizing robot with Bag and Pallet Handling Equipment manufactured by Conveying Industries. This totally automated system features a complete pallet handling system to include pallet dispenser, slip sheet dispenser, placement conveyors and a fully integrated stretch wrapper.
